Electrical Design

Engineer complete protective relaying, metering and instrumentation for the manual and automatic control of power generating facilities. Select and install prime mover and generator auxiliary systems, including high and medium voltage switchgear and switchyard design, power distribution and control within commercial and industrial facilities. Knowledge of economic analysis and principles of electrical engineering in the field of power system analysis, including load flows, stability analysis, short circuit analysis, system protection, and production simulations.

Power and Control Systems

Design complete process control systems for heavy machinery, power generating facilities, and custom test equipment. Select, install and program all programmable logic controllers (PLC) and their associated transducers. Create custom PC interfaces to other intelligent and host devices and the merging of these devices with PLC based systems. Expert in the design, installation, and programming of supervisory controls, specializing in the development of Lookout®, Cimplicity®, and Wonderware® HMI systems.

Project Development

Active in every kind of renewable energy project: wind, hydro, PV and battery storage for residential, commercial and utility scale projects. Duties range over turn-key project development, comprehensive project design, installation, commissioning, and utility negotiations.
